Can the checklists be edited by external staff or auditors or customers?
Yes, this is possible, for example, via an invitation link that you find in the checklist and that you can send to third parties. They can then edit checklists (or just view them - as you wish in your process). We also offer so-called floating licenses in individual cases, with which you can also grant full access to the system. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Is there an interface (API)?
Yes, we offer a full REST API, which we have documented. Furthermore, ALPHAPROCESS can also be connected via Zapier. Currently, this interface can be used as an invitation via Zapier (invite only). Please feel free to contact us.
